Biography

Born in Isfahan, Iran, in 1988, Alec moved to the Capital, Tehran in 1996. Since childhood, Alec's passion for Art, Engineering, and Design has grown daily. Surrounded and guided by great mentors and wonderful friends, he continuously explores new approaches in design and engineering, enhancing and challenging his skill sets and problem-solving capabilities.

2014

Los Angeles

After graduating high school in 2006, Alborz pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Solids Design, graduating in 2011 in Iran - Azad University of Tehran. In 2012, he was admitted to study Transportation Design (Industrial Design) at the prestigious Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, where he graduated in December 2017.

In 2019, Alec was admitted to California State University of Northridge to pursue a Master's degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and Engineering Management. Before his graduation in 2020, he gained experience working in several companies within the Product Design and Aerospace industries in Los Angeles as Design Engineer, including Flying Car Racing and Redesign Redefined Inc.

2023

The Boeing Company

From 2020 to 2023, Alec worked across multiple industries, including as a Design Engineer at Nikalex Inc. in the 3D printing industry, a CAD Designer at RH and Design Engineer at Mila International in the manufacturing industry, and a Structures Mechanical Engineer at Sigma Technologies in the civil sector. In 2023, he advanced to become an Aerospace Structures Stress Engineer on the Boeing 787 Engineering Team in California. Alec also serves as the Education Chair of the Orange County Council for the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), and in October 2024, he joined the Board of Directors at Nikalex Inc.
